Andrew Lees is a former violinist with both the Hallé and the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, and is currently String Coordinator at the University of St Andrews. After returning to Scotland, he was first violinist and later second violinist of the Roxburgh Quartet, and now performs with the Heisenberg Quartet.
Ben Eames is a pianist, composer, piano teacher and podcast host based in Scotland. Initially from Clackmannanshire, Ben studied at Edinburgh Napier University before completing his postgraduate studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in 2015.
