Below are some examples of the services we host for the university:
The Beginning of a New Academic Year
This is a service held in September and is organised jointly between the University Chaplaincy team and the Greyfriars Ministry team.
The Anatomy Service
This is a service usually held in the Spring when we remember and give thanks to those who have donated their bodies to medical science.
We host memorial services for members of the University Community from time to time.
A Musical Connection
Greyfriars has also hosted a great deal of performances from students of Edinburgh University – in particular, at our Greyfriars at 12 concert series, and from the Edinburgh University Music Society and the Edinburgh University Chamber Choir.
